Will you be able to unlock/use new skills for Eles, Wars, Monks, etc?
Can we unlock Factions skills for the Core professions in PvP in the next preview event?

yes you can unlock them and will be able to use them till the event is over, they will stay unlocked, but unusable till factions comes out.

As long your using your main account that you are playing now with a "new" character for the factions event.
I'm not sure how far you can go in Factions, I would suspect a lot of the skills would be end game (elite's) but get some via quests early on. |
